Where do I update my personal account information? >
Under the My Account tab at the top of this page, you will notice in the drop-down menu, a section for “Account Details”. After clicking on this section, you will be forwarded to a page where you can edit and submit your personal account information.

How do I retrieve my forgotten password? >
Underneath the section at the top right of the page, where you enter your login details, you will see a clickable link says, “Forgot Password?”. Click this link and follow the steps provided. An email will be sent to you shortly.

Where do I update my payment preference? >
Go to the “My Account” tab and select Payment Preferences. There, you can fill in the details of where you would like to receive payments. Payments will be made in the 2nd week of the following month.

How and when do I receive my Payment? >
Your affiliate earnings will be transferred to the preferred payment method indicated in your affiliate account. Payments will be received by the 20th of each month.

How is my traffic tracked to my account? >
User traffic is tracked and confirmed by cookies which have coding customized specifically to your user account. These cookies allow us to detect which clients have been directed to our site from yours and we will be able to determine those whom you’ve referred to us that have signed up and opened an account.

What is the cookie duration? >
UFXPartners uses lifetime cookies, which means that the cookies do not expire.

Can I track how much I've earned? >
Yes. All you need to do is go to the Reports tab at the top of the page and click “Earnings Report”. There, you will find a summary of your earnings as well as a number of useful statistical tools.

What statistics are available? >
Following your progress and monitoring the effect of your campaign is an incredibly important aspect of any business. UFXPartners makes sure that you are able to follow these statistics in summary form, as well as in specific categories. You can view and analyze referral traffic statistics down to the individual banners used by country, clicks, the amount of views, by impressions used, by which leads were used, and by how much has been deposited.

What media/creative materials do you provide? >
In your affiliate account there is a wide variety of professionally designed banners, flash banners, landing pages, text links and video tutorials available for your use.

Do I have access to support? >
Of course, UFXPartners has a dedicated Affiliate Team waiting to assist you with all your questions. We're available via email, MSN and Skype.

Does it cost me anything to sign up? >
No, there are no initial or ongoing costs to any affiliate who signs up with UFXPartners.

What is a sub-affiliate Program? >
This program is another way for you to make money once you are registered as an affiliate. You will receive 10% of the commission of any new individual that registers to the Affiliate Program via your referral link. These individuals will become your sub-affiliates.

What methods of payment do you use? >
Your monthly earnings can be sent to you through Wire transfer, MoneyBookers or PayPal. Just take your pick and we will make it happen.

Is there a minimum payout? >
Your monthly earnings will be sent out to you only if the sum is over $100, otherwise your commission will be carried over to the next month.

Do I need to provide an invoice for payment?>
You are not required to provide any invoice in order to receive payment.
